SieMatic San Francisco was one of SieMatic Moebelwerke's first showrooms during the current "new era" in the United States. One of the premier kitchen furniture brands in Germany, SieMatic's new push in North America focused on major US cities with a receptive audience for modern kitchen design.

With large spaces in SF a premium commodity, SieMatic leased the ground floor of a newly-restored historic manufacturing building in SOMA. Mick's team started from a raw space, specifing all new finishes and completing the restoration of the loft-like interior. New kitchen displays would be positioned away from the historic shell, allowing it to breathe it's interesting patina behind the new furniture.
