The Ilex Portfolio Collection was launched in 2014. In company with designers such as Michael Graves and Laura Kirar, Mick was asked to submit ceiling-hung designs for the upscale architect-specified lighting brand.

As shown to the right, the first design is the Space Array, a chandelier in two sizes made with a standard interior armature and reconfigurable "blades" to comprise the shade. The second design - also using an amature-type design is LaCage, a delicately skeletal wire form that evokes industrial lighting from the early 20th century.
